Here a follow-up from this post:
Instant cam has arrived. Here a few test shots:
Upshot: The Fuji Film Instant Cam has a nice compact design and comes in virgin white. I ordered it with the Fuji Film instax mini film (2 packs with each 10 color photos).
You can turn the automatic flash on and off as well as toggle between landscape and portrait format. Absolutely fool-proof so to say, for the minimalists among us. One annoyance is that it shoots out the film on the left side of the camera rather than from the bottom or front, so when you’re holding the camera in a stabilizing position you’re most likely to be surprised by the release of the film pressing against the palm of your hand. Not sure if you can call it 100% user-friendly product design, but maybe I’ll get used to it. The film is creditcard size, which is pretty mini, but has the advantage that you can carry it easily around and maybe even use it as a creative substitute for a business card.
